Range always depends on walls and interference, but our LoRa models typically punch through a couple of concrete floors in a multi‑storey cold storage. For larger sites, adding a gateway every 200–300 meters usually restores full coverage. WiFi versions work within your existing network footprint.

Battery life is tied to the reporting interval. A unit uploading every 10 minutes over WiFi might run 12–18 months on two AA lithium cells. Stretch the interval to one hour, and you can often get 2–3 years. The dashboard shows the remaining battery percentage for each device, so you are not caught by surprise.

Yes. If your system speaks MQTT, HTTP, or Modbus TCP, the data can be forwarded directly. We also provide a CSV export and a REST API, so many third‑party LIMS or building management systems pick up the readings without extra work.

Each logger ships with a 3‑point factory calibration certificate traceable to NIST. For annual recalibration, you can return the units to our service center or use an accredited local lab. We keep calibration templates on file, so the turnaround is typically five working days.

Most of our enclosures are IP65 and can handle a washdown. The internal electronics are rated down to -40°C, so even a deep freezer does not damage them. If temperatures dip outside the specified range, the sensor may temporarily lose accuracy, but the logger itself keeps running and flags the event in the log.
